About My Order
1. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Most orders ship out to customers within 2-3 business days unless item is temporarily out of stock. Rush orders gladly accommodated.
2. Q. Can I place my order by telephone?
A. Yes. The number for Ovana Customer Care is 734.238.2464. The hours of operation for phone orders are Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and Sat-Sun 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. Customer Care hours are extended to 11:00 p.m. EST during the month of December.
3. Q. If I order online, will I receive an email confirmation when my order is placed?
A. Yes.
4. Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes. Ovana accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
5. Q. Can I pay for my purchase by check or money order?
A. Yes. Checks and money orders are accepted by mail. If you do not have an order form, please include on a 3” x 5” card your name, shipping address, your telephone number, the quantities and product codes of the items you wish to order.

Q. Is there a Sales Tax?
A. We collect 6% State Sales Tax from Connecticut residents.
About Shipping
7. Q: How will my order be shipped?
A. Generally by UPS. Please remember UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes, so you will need a full street address in your ship to information. All Ovana shipments require signatures.
8. Q: Does it cost me anything to ship my order?
A. The shipping charge for Ovana Yoga Sculptures is $9.95 and Jewelry is $7.95 for orders within the continental US. This amount will be added to your purchase price. After you make your first Ovana Yoga Sculpture purchase, you will be enrolled in the Ovana Collectors' Club. As a member, you will receive FREE SHIPPING on all subsequent orders within the continental US. Expedited shipping charges are extra if requested.
9. Q: Can I ship my order to another person at a different address?
A.Yes, although the person receiving the shipment will be required to sign for receipt of the order.
10. Q: Is my purchase insured?
A. Yes, insurance is provided on our UPS shipments. This is included in the shipping charge.
11. Q: What if I don't receive my order?
A. Contact us immediately. We will trace the delivery and respond within 24 hours.
12. Q. Do you ship outside the continental US?
A. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam via US Air Mail. We also ship to most international destinations by US Air Mail. Please call Ovana Customer Care for any questions regarding international orders. Please be aware that the purchaser is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and brokerage fees in connection with the importation of their international order.

13. Q. How do I become an Ovana™ Collectors Club member?
A. One purchase is required to become an Ovana Collectors Club member. With your purchase you will receive an account number and details about club benefits.
14. Q. What does Ovana mean?
A. Ovana means children, birth, something new.
15. Q. Is there a brochure available?
A. An Ovana™ brochure is available by request. Please go to the "Contact" page and enter the request into the "Comments" box. Fill in your address in the spaces provided, then check the "Snail Mail" box below and click on "Send Query."
